My iPhone already stops charging at 100%. Do I need this?
For your iPhone alone, honestly, less so — modern flagships manage this in software. This matters for everything else you own: power banks, older phones, shavers, kids' tablets, e-bike and power-tool batteries, Bluetooth speakers. None of those have smart charging, and most live on a charger permanently.
Is it safe to leave charging overnight?
That is exactly what it is for. The adapter cuts the current once your device is full, so nothing sits at 100% drawing power and building heat for hours. It is a low-voltage USB-C pass-through, not a mains device.
How do I know it is working?
There is an indicator light. White means it is in phone, tablet and laptop mode. Blue means small-electronics mode for power banks, shavers and toys. It picks the right profile itself and switches automatically.
Does it slow down fast charging?
No. It is rated to 140W USB-C Power Delivery — higher than almost any phone or laptop draws. Charging speed is unchanged.
Will it work with other brands' chargers?
Yes. Any USB-C charger and any USB-C cable. The adapter is USB-C male on one side and USB-C female on the other, so it sits inline between them. It is not tied to a brand.
Do I need an app or setup?
No. Nothing to install, pair or configure. Plug it in and it works.
Can I leave it plugged in permanently?
Yes — that is the intended use. Leave it on your bedside charger and stop thinking about it.
Does it work with USB-A chargers or Lightning?
Not directly. It is a USB-C to USB-C device. A USB-A to USB-C adapter will physically fit but will not deliver full wattage, and we would rather tell you that than take the order.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
10 to 18 days. Your order is processed in 1 to 3 business days, then shipped and tracked to your door. The full timeline is on our Delivery and returns page.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Delivery is free on every order, to every country we ship to.
Can I track it?
Yes. You get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships, and you can follow it on our tracking page. You do not need to contact us to find out where it is.
What if it has not arrived?
If tracking has not updated in 10 days, or the estimated window passes with no delivery, email us. We send a replacement or refund you in full. You will not be left chasing a parcel on your own.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
No. For deliveries within the EU, all applicable taxes are included in the price you pay. Nothing further is due on delivery.
Returns and refunds
What is the guarantee?
60 days. If it does not do what we say it does, email us and we refund you in full — and you keep the adapter. We do not ask you to post anything back, because return postage across Europe costs more than the adapter is worth.
What happens after the 60 days?
Your statutory rights under EU and Portuguese consumer law still apply, including protection against faulty goods. The 60-day keep-it guarantee is something we add on top, not a replacement for them.
What are my rights as an EU customer?
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason, without giving a justification, under Directive 2011/83/EU. That applies in addition to our 60-day guarantee, and nothing in our terms limits it.
It arrived damaged or it is the wrong item.
Send us a photo. We replace it or refund you — your choice. Do not post anything back.
How long do refunds take?
We process approved refunds within 2 business days. Your bank then typically takes a further 3 to 5 business days for the money to appear.
Ordering and trust
Why are there no reviews?
Because we opened in 2026 and have not had enough customers yet. We will not import another seller's reviews or write our own, so this store stays honest and a bit bare until real buyers fill it in. The 60-day guarantee means the risk sits with us, not you.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are handled by Shopify Payments with Apple Pay and Google Pay support. We never see or store your card details.
Do you offer a discount for more than one?
Yes. Two adapters are 34.90 euro (17.45 each, saving 10.90) and three are 44.90 euro (14.97 each, saving 23.80). Just change the quantity — the discount applies automatically at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel and refund in full. Once shipped, the 60-day guarantee and your statutory withdrawal right both still apply.
Do you ship outside Portugal?
Yes — across the EU and to a number of other countries. Available destinations are shown at checkout, and delivery is free everywhere we ship.
