Elektorra opened in 2026 with a single product: an adapter that cuts the power to your devices the moment they hit 100%.
Why only one product?
Because we'd rather understand one thing properly than list a hundred we've never handled. Everything on the product page — how it works, what it fits, what it doesn't — is what we actually know about it.
What we won't do
- We don't fake reviews. We have no review history yet and we're not going to invent one. When we quote feedback from elsewhere, we say exactly where it came from and that those buyers aren't our customers.
- We don't invent "was" prices. The savings on our multipacks are measured against our own single-unit price, not an imaginary RRP.
- We don't hide the delivery time. It's 10 to 18 days and it says so before you pay, not after.
- We tell you when not to buy. If you only ever charge a recent iPhone, our product page says outright that your phone already does some of this.
How we ship
Orders go to our fulfilment partner within 24 hours, are processed in 1-3 business days, and arrive in 10 to 18 days with tracking. Delivery is free, everywhere we ship. Shipping directly rather than holding stock in a European warehouse is why the adapter costs €22.90 and not €40.
If something goes wrong
Our 60-day keep-it guarantee: if it doesn't do what we say, we refund you and you keep the adapter. We don't ask you to post anything back, because return postage across Europe costs more than the adapter is worth. EU customers also keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, in full.
